About Keith Fernandes.
I am the only Watson Headache® Certified Practitioner in Canada. This is the only manual cervical approach scientifically validated to diminish the underlying disorder in migraine. I have travelled to Spain, Italy and Australia to develop this expertise.
Talking about headaches is something I can do all day. I understand the complexity of symptoms and the anxiety that persistent headache and migraine brings. For much of my life, as a child and into adulthood, I experienced debilitating migraines that impacted my day-to-day living. Some days it felt like I would never find relief. I realized that I had a proficiency for helping people with neck issues which led me to this excellent way of assessing and treating headaches and migraine.
The Watson Headache® Approach is exacting! It makes sense. And it works.
It is such a joy and privilege to work in the headache field, helping people liberate themselves from the restrictions that migraine and headache can impose.
